Dear Mya,

I have been in a relationship for one year and I think my boyfriend is cheating on me. He is constantly leaving clues behind. For example; two nights ago, I called his cell and he didn’t pick up. I then waited a bit and call blocked my number and he answered the phone. I talked to him for a minute and then he said he had to go because he was in a rush. I didn’t question him and just let it go. One month ago, we were on our way to a club and I was putting on lipstick while he was driving. I dropped it and it rolled under the seat. As I reached for it, my hand came across a condom. I confronted him about it and he said he said it was handed out to him at a club as a part of a promotion. IM SO CONFUSED!!

You’re in a difficult situation. I have a suggestion that you can use to find out if he’s the love of your life or a sneaky scoundrel. Firstly we have to test his fidelity and here’s how you do it. Get a close, attractive friend that he doesn’t know to come on to him in a social setting eg. Club, mall, party, etc. and see if he takes the bait. I say “close” friend to ensure that she doesn’t take off with your man, and I say “social” setting cause that’s when most guys have their guard down. They have a few drinks and their inhibitions are riding low. If he takes the bait, he was never worth your time.
